Eight graders have been known to relate as best as possible to whatever problem they encounter in life. That means they are able to use their intellect to try to figure out what will work and what won't.These young kids are starting to understand the concept of job satisfaction. They understand what you really want and what you really don't want. If you're looking for a job, the boss has to have an assessment of who you are and why you have the skills that they need.
